Franchise Business and Training Coach – Touching Hearts at Home Franchise HQ

Our Franchise Business and Training Coach is responsible for driving unit level profitable growth and franchisee satisfaction through effective support, leadership, training, continuous process and sales improvement, best practices, and cost containment initiatives. Support our Franchisees to have a positive impact in the communities they serve throughout the USA.
Duties include:
- Support Touching Hearts at Home franchisees throughout the U.S. by leading, coaching, and training franchisees in all aspects of our business
- Ensure that franchisees follow company brand standards. Complete monthly coaching sessions with every franchisee to drive program implementation and franchisee success.
- Answering emails, phone calls, and text messages from franchisees.
- Facilitate new franchisee training, and other group presentations (regional, and national trainings)
- Lead and facilitate annual P&L collection and schedule annual P&L performance reviews with each franchisee identifying strengths and areas of opportunity to improve performance.
- Work with franchisees to execute a Local Marketing Plan to improve overall sales and profits.
- Ongoing communications with THAH Corporate Team on new initiatives, policies, best practices, service introductions, technology updates, etc. Working cross departmentally with Training, Accounting, Franchise Development, and Marketing to ensure Franchisees are supported.
Skills and Experience
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive franchise management or District level multi-unit operations experience. Bachelor’s degree and previous experience in Home Care preferred.
- Franchising Experience a plus.
- Proven experience collaborating with business owners on growing their business.
- Clear understanding of financial drivers of business operations, including profit and loss management, market conditions, competitive landscape, and trends.
- An ability to continually inspire, influence, train, and motivate franchisees.
- Strong leadership presence with an ability to coach franchisees on business and best practices. Strong relationship building skills with a high level of professionalism, tact, and diplomacy
- Basic computer skills, Microsoft, and Point of Sale
